 The
Kinesiology Department offers two levels of support for full-time
graduate students.
- The Departmental Assistantship (DA) provides tuition and a
stipend in return for a 20-hour per week work commitment carrying
out duties assigned by the department.
- The Graduate Assistantship (GA) provides a tuition waiver in
return for a 10-hour per week commitment.
Duties for both the DA and GA include
teaching in the activity program, serving as a TA for major classes,
working as a research assistant, and a variety of other activities
on and off-campus.
Note:
In order to be considered for an assistantship, you must submit
a separate application form (see link below).
