Current Research Interests

Sports specific strength and conditioning training as related to the enhancement of performance and the reduction of injuries. Specific topical areas include; overreaching and overtraining, recovery, concurrent training, single-set versus multi- set strength training, strength acquisition, enhancement of speed and agility, aerobic conditioning, energy metabolism, metabolic rate, anaerobic tolerance, and the successful application and implementation of the science of exercise into various populations.
